Hello,

My name is Josh Mitchell and I am the owner/roaster for Gregoron Coffee Roasters. Pictured is myself, my late wife, Christina, and our son, Ramsey.

“Gregoron” means “Wake up" in Koine Greek, which was the common language during the first century when the Bible was written. The name combines my love for coffee and my love for God’s word.

I am a full time Student Pastor and I began roasting coffee as a hobby in 2021. Over time, friends and family started enjoying the coffee I roasted and I decided to make it an official business in late March of 2023.

The beginning of the business plan was to roast coffee and raise money so my family could do another embryo transfer. We had adopted 6 embryos and our son, Ramsey is one of them. My wife had an auto immune disease that played a role in her life being cut short on October 23rd, 2023. Now, I roast to help provide a great life for my son.
